About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Business Development Account Executive to drive growth for our client's AI-powered agentic workflow and automation solutions. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience selling AI, SaaS, automation, or conversational/agentic AI platforms into mid-market and enterprise accounts.
You will own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and discovery to demos, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing. The ideal candidate understands the evolving AI landscape and can confidently articulate the business value of AI agents, workflow automation, and customer experience transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and inbound qualification
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close
Conduct consultative sales conversations with business and technical stakeholders
Position our client's AI agentic solutions to solve operational efficiency, customer support, and workflow automation challenges
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and ROI-driven presentations
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools and sales processes
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve win rates and customer outcomes
Stay current on AI trends, agentic AI platforms, automation technologies, and competitive offerings
Consistently achieve or exceed quota targets
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in AI, automation, CX, or enterprise software
Proven success closing net-new business opportunities
Experience selling AI agentic, conversational AI, workflow automation, or related technology solutions
Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to engage both technical and non-technical buyers
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Self-starter mindset with strong pipeline management discipline
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into customer support, contact center, operations, or IT teams
Familiarity with AI copilots, LLM-based solutions, or enterprise automation platforms
Startup or high-growth SaaS environment experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
